Once the medication fully sets in, Brit can assess to see if there is any residual muscle movement. If this is the case, a small top up will be given in those areas. You can always add more, you can’t take what’s given away!

You will start to see results around day 5 and full results by day 14.

Everyone is different but on average 3 months. Areas with excessive muscle movement, such as the mouth, will last around 6-8 weeks.

If you have a neuromuscular condition (contraindicated) or a bleeding disorder (increased risk for bruising). If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or are currently taking amino-glycosides.

No! You can go back to work and about your life, as long as you follow the post care instructions.

1- The facial starts with a deep cleanse and massage, hot steam, and hot towel.
2- A primer gel is then applied to the face which will activate the dormant ingredients on the chosen pod. The OxyGeneo™ exfoliates the upper skin layer to remove dead cells, open clogged pores, smooth the surface and renew the skin. The treatment generates an abundance of CO2 bubbles that permeate the upper skin layer to trigger a physiological response known as the Bohr Effect. OxyGeneo™ harnesses the natural processes of the body to oxygenate the skin from within. During the Bohr Effect, the body sends oxygen-rich blood to the skin to replace the CO2. This results in optimal skin oxygenation and increased cellular activity. During this part the skin may feel a bit tingly or “spicy” which is the Bohr effect doing it’s thing!
3- A serum that matches the OxyGeneo pod is then applied to the face. A gentle, soothing, vibrating massage is performed to infuse the serums deep into the skin.
4- A post facial targeted serum, moisturizer and SPF are applied.
5- You will have the option to do a jelly mask add-on.

There are 7 pod options with a matching serum based on your skin type:

1- Glam (with pure 24k gold): ideal for sagging skin. Restores firmness and elasticity, revitalizes dull skin, and enriches the skin with moisture.
2- Revive (with red algae): ideal for fine lines and wrinkles. Helps prevent premature aging, and increases firmness and elasticity.
3- Hydrate (with blue spirulina): ideal for dry and irritated skin. Rehydrates and moisturizes dry skin, restores skin barrier function, and reduces redness and inflammation.
4- Balance (with activated bamboo charcoal): ideal for oily and acne prone skin. Clears toxins and bacteria, purifies clogged pores, and mattifies oily skin.
5- Detox (with green tea): ideal for sensitive skin. Removes toxins and impurities, reduces redness and irritation, and helps prevent premature aging.
6- Illuminate (with vitamin C): ideal for uneven and dull complexions. Brightens and evens skin tone, reduces signs of pigmentation, and protects from sun damage.
7- Retouch (with Bilberry Extract): Ideal for textured skin. Sheds dead cells and unclogs pores, promotes cell renewal and provides textural and smoothing benefits, and has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects to decrease blemishes.

Plan to be in the clinic for about 1 hour. The facial itself lasts about 30-40 minutes.

Most popular is the face, but you can also treat your décolleté/neck, back (great for bacne), arms, and legs.

A chemical peel is a non-surgical aesthetic procedure in which an acidic solution is applied to the skin, breaking the bonds between old skin cells and effectively sloughing off the outermost layers of old, dead skin. This removal of dead skin cells reveals new, fresh skin, encouraging new skin cell development and boosting collagen production.
Peels improve a number of conditions including, but not limited to: wrinkles, acne, acne scarring, scarring, uneven pigment, rough and uneven skin and sunspots.
No, your experience will not be quite like Samantha in that Sex and the City episode. Clients sometimes expect to peel throughout the entire treated area, but post-treatment peeling is often similar to peeling after a tan. In some cases, exfoliation occurs on a cellular level and is not apparent to the naked eye. The exfoliation a client will experience varies depending on the peel strength and individual skin profile. AlumierMD chemical peels are light- to medium-depth, and are formulated to reduce irritation and redness.

You should not necessarily expect to"peel". However, you may have light to moderate flaking in a few localized areas for 3-7 days. You may also experience residual redness which lasts in most patients for 1-12 hours.
The night of, your skin will feel tight and "pulled". Although you may or may not actually "peel", it is likely that you will experience a light "exfoliation".

Almost everyone! Higher caution is taken for sensitive skin types and darker skin types (Fitzpatrick scale of 4-6). Dark skin types may be required to a do a skin prep called the Prep and Enhance protocol 4-8 weeks prior to prepare their skin for their peel treatment (Glow Peel only). The Renew 30 peel does not require pretreatment.
The Fitzpatrick Skin Scale is a scientific way of classifying skin types. It breaks them down into six categories starting light and moving up to the darkest tones of skin. It rates two things: the amount of pigment in your skin and how your skin reacts to the sun. The higher your Fitzpatrick, the more caution we need to have with chemical peels.

Neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport or Xeomin) will be injected into the Masseter muscle from the outside of the cheek. The medication relaxes the muscle, possibly decreasing clenching, grinding and pain.
Your pain may be controlled if it is your muscle causing the issues. If you are having pain because of your joints or misalignment of your jaw, you will have to seek out dental care.
Between 2-5 per side.
Bruising, asymmetrical smile (rare), infection (rare), decreased chewing ability (not likely especially if you have overactive muscles).

2- The solution will be wiped off, a topical numbing cream will be applied and let you chill for 5-7 minutes.
3- A 1 cm grid will be drawn on to guide the treatment areas.
4- Neuromodulator (Botox or Dysport) will be injected to each grid area using a very small needle.

Many times, yes! Please contact your insurance company to find out if you qualify. Often times you must have tried and failed 1 topical treatment (creams, wipes, or gels) to qualify for neuromodulator treatment. If you need a preapproval form filled out please contact No Filter and we can arrange to help with that.

You will notice effectiveness starting 5 days post treatment with full effect at 14 days. Results typically last about 6 months, and up 12 months. Results are expected, but not guaranteed.
